Tan Eng Huat, Julian “Lefty” Kam, Michael Chuah & Chin Sau Lim
Gilamon Studio is an independent label that specialises in storytelling, using comic books as a medium and design. The studio is co-founded by Julian “Lefty” Kam who has been working in the comic industry as an editor and art director for more than ten years, along with two artist friends, Michael Chuah and Chin Sau Lim.
Tan Eng Huat has worked on numerous DC and Marvel Comics, including Batman, Silver Surfer, Ghost Rider, The Punisher and the recently released Thor: First Thunder.
His work received international recognition when he won the 5th Comic Nation Award in 2002 in England for Best New Talent, and the prestigious Russ Manning Most Promising Newcomer Award in 2002 at the Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards.
